It would be nice if we could start vendor lists for local areas. Share your vendor names, locations, and their websites. Feel free to include any details of your experience thus far too. Hopefully it will help gives brides just starting planning (or those looking for that one last vendor) a great place to start! Just copy and paste this list below and complete (and feel free to add vendors I may have forgotten)…

I love my dress designer…It’s from Atelier des Modistes and designed by Suzanne Hanley. She’s the best! Unfortunately she doesn’t have any photos on her website, but you won’t regret taking the time to stop by her shop on Hyde Street in Russian Hill.

I highly recommend my tailor in Fremont…Essy Tailoring. She is excellent, though not particularly inexpensive. I guess it depends on how picky you are.
And kristasuzanne, I love that french lace/art deco dress. It wasn’t quite right for my wedding, but I always take a chance to visit it when I go in for fittings.

@GaBGal: I’m sure we could coordinate a meetup if there’s interest. Then, maybe Miss Peeptoe can jump in and help us get the word out on the blog. Maybe you can start a thread trying to get people who are interested and start talking about a date?
