not sure how soon you need the flowers, but a good idea may be to check out your local farmer’s market and ask the "flower people" there if they can accomodate your request for wedding??

Flower market is better than Costco and the Farmers Market.

The Farmers Market was more expensive than Costco but had better selection. Depends on what you need, I spoke with Costco managers, three flower market vendors and finally went to order form a vendor at the Flower Market. Send me a pm and maybe see if I can help you out!

We used Costco (in Danville, which is close to me) and a little extra from the local farmer’s market.  I went in to Costco the weekend before our wedding to see what types/colors of flowers were in season and readily available.  I had one of my bridesmaids with me to help and share her opinions.  (My bouquet I had done by a florist so I could order exactly what I wanted).

Then, I met with the "flower lady" there at the advice of a friend who tipped me off to this, who assured me I could order anything I saw and the order would come in on Saturday morning (we had a Sunday wedding).  SHE WAS AMAZING!!!  Not only did she order exactly what I wanted, she even ordered a few other things she thought I would like.

The day before the wedding we swung by the Danville farmer’s market first to pick up some extra fillers/flowers that we liked (because they’re even cheaper than Costco) and then went on to Costco.  It all turned out absolutely beautiful, no one believed we’d done them ourselves, and total, including my bouquet, we spent $350.  Almost ALL roses.  4 bridesmaid’s bouquets, one bouquet for the anniversary dance, 3 ceremony bouquets, 17 centerpieces, and countless corsages/boutonnieres.

The SF flower market, I’ve heard, is great as well, but we didn’t want the added stress of going there the day before our wedding.  It was just less stressful and more convenient to use the local Costco. And you know how it can be getting to/around the city!  I also think we ended up saving even more money the way we did it.

Good luck, and let me know if you have any other questions as I would love to help!
