Sounds like fun! I just got married in July, but I'm always up for meeting new people. Either place works for me. Americano is fun, but gets REALLY crowded on nice days during the summer (I've had to wait in line for 20 minutes to get in... yeah). I've never been to The Cosmo Cafe.
Let's say Cosmo Cafe on Main Street (its about 2 blocks down from Embarcadero Station)... if people are coming from work it can be whenever-ish, I'll probably get there about 5:30!

duh, I am silly -- Cosmopolitan Cafe is on Spear Street (I get my streets mixed up). So SF BAY AREA BEES:
Cosmopolitan Cafe, between 5:15 - 5:30 (or whenever you can get there) for drinks, apps... whatever. It is on SPEAR street between Howard and Mission. If you have any questions just send me a private message (it'll pop it up in my email which I have open all day).

Hey Bay Bees! FutureMrsKeho and I are meeting up again this week for a little Bay Area Bee Happy Hour. Last week was a lot of fun. So who's in this week? We could check out another bar in Embarcadero... Americano was another suggestion last week. Also Cosmopolitan (on Main Street) has really decent HH specials (and runs an hour later than most other local HH) including half off apps.
