We did something similar for FSIL's wedding...only for 250+ people. lol. The did the pulled pork and stuff throughout the night, and had several people working on breads and salads the morning of. It really depends on the kind of food you're planning to have. = )

Right now we are throwing around the idea of having our rehearsal dinner be a casual BBQ at the FILs home. We are thinking there will be about 25 people. Logistically, how do you do it? Do you cook all the food before the rehearsal and somehow get everything set up super fast while people are showing up? I guess you would go pick up rentals in the morning and setup all the tables and chairs in the afternoon?
