My beach wedding is about 5 1/2 weeks away and I’m stressed trying to figure out the last minute details/touches of decoration for the wedding. In the world of pinterest, I feel overwhelmed with all of the crafts and cute ideas that I could possibly do. I want to do everything!! If you have been to a beach wedding/planned your own, which things did you like/ really notice from the wedding? My ceremony is on the beach and the reception is just feet over the dune under a big tent. Ideas would be greatly appreciated!

*Fans for each guest
*Sand dollar seating place cards
*Salt water taffy gift bags
I’m trying to think of cute ideas that people will actually like/use. I can’t do everything, as much as I would like to

hill42: Have you chosen centerpieces , aisle decor, or altar decor? Are you willing to DIY?
Have you chosen colors? Are you familiar with the beach where you are getting married? i.e is there driftwood you could use?

use what is available for an altar or arch
aisle decor does not have to be extravagent. If you haven’t decided on centerpieces, use something like lanterns that can be repurposed as centerpieces
even without the flowers, these would be great- if you are doubling up on the use- pick smaller lanterns. If they are only for the aisle get 2 or 4 large ones-for either each end of the aisle or just on either side of the altar area
use inexpensive potted ferns or fescue to line the aisle
if you do any draping of the arch, use your own colors insted of white- leaving aside all the flowers, just the arch would be magnificent
keep centerpieces simple and on theme, but not kitchy
colored vase with simple flowers
inexpensive square vase with sand, shells and grass
four very small square vases bound together with ribbon, two mums and two candles
