I’m not sure about patterns on the internet, but I went to the bead shop in my town and they had some books with patterns/instructions in them. I brought in some pictures that I found online to show an idea of what I wanted and we modified the pattern from there.   I didn’t trust myself to make my own tiara since every necklace I’ve made has fallen apart, but the owner of the bead shop made it for me with only a small charge for labor.  It came out beautifully and looks exactly like the one I wanted from the fancy bridal shop that was $350.  I’m not sure what the name of the book was but if you have a bead shop nearby you may check with them.

I’m not sure where you live, but here is the phone number for the shop I used in Ann Arbor, MI.  Aurora, the owner, made my tiara and she was super nice.  Maybe if you call they can tell you the name of the pattern book.  The book had several different designs for hair combs, jewelry etc.  Hope that helps.

These two books have tiara patterns.  I’ve seen others at regular craft and fabric stores, too.  beaded weddings is the better of the two.
