I’ve seen glass jars like that at craft stores before.. but the suggestions above look good.

I just wanted to say that your centerpiece idea is really awesome =) I love it!

@Yellowstone2012:  The DIY cloches are made from votive holders, meaning they are about 2 inches high. You could use the same principle with larger jars however.

The cloches from abcglass are for wholesalers only meaning the OP has to have  a business license in order to purchase from them.

@teebee85:  You will likely find it less expensive to purchase cheeseboards with a glass dome cover than to buy glass cloches.

You certainly could do the DIY idea that @Yellowstone2012 found but with larger jars.

A restaurant or bar probably would give you the jars free.

Here is a source for plastic cloches

@julies1949:   i dont think you need a business license to order from them. you can buy   from wholesalers without a busines liscense just a place where you can buy the alot of the same thing for less.

I am so in love with the idea. They are going to be breathtaking. Have you tried Michael’s craft store or Jo Ann Fabrics? They have a variety of glass vases. My suggestion is get coupons. They take will take each others coupons. If you have a smartphone each store has an app that provides weekly coupons.

@teebee85:  This is the best site for little bottles. You get between 10 and 20, depending on the style for $1.95 to $5.95.

Scroll down till you come to the little bottles

They have two stores in Illinois and one in Wisconsin -that might save you shipping.

Here are some off Ebay

Love the idea of making them! I wanted to do this at my wedding as well… i purchased vintage books, and my uncle is lending me a BUNCH of his old vintage bottles, but when i looked into the prices of the belle jars i kind of hit a wall! Thanks julies1949– awesome suggestion! I am going to try it out!
