I didn't realize this when creating my registries, so I just wanted to throw it out there for you all. We added BB&B at the last minute, and I'm very happy we did. It has the best customer service by far. The best thing is, when you return something off of your registry, they give you CASH back. As long as it links up to your registry when they scan it, you get cash (straight from the drawer). If someone gave you an (off registry) gift from BBB and didn't link it to your registry, you get store credit. But how awesome is that?
Crate & Barrel = store credit. No matter what. And I don't think they are very friendly.
Amazon = I'm too lazy to ship it back. Haha
