We just received our first registry gifts yesterday (I almost hugged the Fedex courier!), but we have no idea who they are from! There was no card, packing list or any sort of paperwork with the gifts. I also looked through my BBB registry account to see if there was anything but no such luck.
Has anyone had this problem before? Any help would be very much appreciated!

This happened to me with a gift we received early on. I emailed BB&B through their registry help page–they asked me for our registry number and the UPC number of the items in question, and then they emailed me back with the name of the person who purchased the items. They can only do this if the gift was purchased online, they can’t do it if it was purchased in store–but it sounds like yours was an online purchase, so you shouldn’t have a problem. I’ll find the email address I contacted and update in a minute. 🙂

We have received a couple of gifts from BB&B and so far they have included packing list (with name of sender) and a card. Hopefully you wont have this problem again! But it is also good to know what to do if it does happen. Thanks for the info, mrsmdphd!
