My ABSOLUTE favorite line is the Hotel Collection. Debating between these two sets
Oh, I lurrrve Hotel Collection bedding. I'm addicted. But I'm also cheap, so all of mine has come from Home Goods//Marshalls//TJ Maxx. Which, I realize, isn't so helpful for registering's sake. But oh my gah I agree- it's delicious.
My Fi and I also registered for the hotel collection bedding. He vetoed anything with flowers, and I vetoed all plaid, which pretty much left us with the hotel collection. It is pricey, but beautiful and classy.

I am nervous about this too, my FI and I have very different taste. I think the Hotel Collection looks great though, not too girly, maybe I'll go look at Macy's again..
This may sound weird but fi and i could not find anything we liked, so we "designed our own" (actually I designed like 5, then made him pick) on pottery barn teen website. It's fun too :o)

We just want to upgrade our "college student" bedding to something nicer. I'll take a look at the hotel collection again, since it comes so highly recommended!
The bedding that FI & I liked has been discontinued so they don't have all the pieces. Sad day =( We're registered at Target, BB&B, Macy's and Crate & Barrel
We went with the Charter Club Damask Stripe bedding at Macy's. We got the duvet cover & shams in ruby and got the sheets and pillow cases in white.
And we found the most amazing thing ever at Target when we were updating that registry...a heated mattress pad! For 2 Texans that are moving to Michigan, we'll make good use of it!
I had a hard time picking out bedding and registered for the same as bloodgo1 - the seaside retreat - and I love it. I checked my registry and it is marked "unavailable for purchase." Macy's is the worst! Almost 1/4 of the stuff I registered for two months ago is not available or out of stock and my shower is in two weeks. It's frustrating and now I guess I have to find something else! I'm going to keep checking this thread!
@Wendy: We registered for the "Rings" by Hotel Collection. It's just beautiful. We actually were contemplating between the other one you are thinking about, too. In the end.. we just loved the look/feel of the rings. Someone already purchased the duvet, bedskirt, and some of the shams. So excited!

I love Pottery Barn sheets too. We registered for the Brigitte pattern. I bought it myself because it was discontinued - although they'll prob bring it back again soon.
I love their equvalent of the hotel bedding too though.

Even though FI and I have lived together we are registering for nicer bedding. Any suggestions on duvet covers?
