148.  Ugh.  Ate too much this weekend.  Still running around like a chicken with its head cut off so I’ve not exercised.  I need to schedule it in.

168.4.  Down 3.6 lbs since last weigh-in. 🙂  I’ve been doing spinning class pretty much every night and adding Zumba in here and there.  I’ve also been doing much better with my diet.  I’ve been trying to keep between 1200 and 1400 calories.  My first dress fitting last week really kicked my butt into gear.

169.2…ughhhh. No gain from last week but no loss either. My bridesmaid dress for a wedding I’m in 9-20 came in yesterday and while it fits, it’s a little snug in the bust and gives me some back fat. I could definitely wear it but I wouldn’t feel comfortable. Looks like my motivation arrived!

172.2. I missed last weeks weigh in as I was traveling, I’m just happy there’s a difference. I really want to be 169.9 or lower by next week. That’d be awesome!

143.4! I’m down woohoo!! we went out of state for the weekend to visit friends and I still managed to be pretty good ! I only drank vodka and club soda when everyone else drank beer (although I know ideally I should have not drank anything but hey, it’s life).

DH and I joined a biggest loser competition at our gym and I lost 1.4 lbs the first week (And DH lost 3)! I’m finally motivated and have been tracking all my food and exercise on MyFitnessPal. It really helps! We have been making mostly lean meats with lots of veggies and fruits.

I transcended losing and not losing-winning, but losing losing, gained over 3 lbs since last week!  now 177…it’s due mainly because it’s that time of the month.  Also, although I stuck to my caloric goals, I ate a lot of junk food, so the sodium is probably causing me to retain even more water.

However, I did great with working out, worked out every day, except for once since last Wednesday, at least 1 hour of cardio (swimming, indoor rowing, zumba, elliptical), I have not truly worked out since December, I believe. Maybe some of that 3+ lbs is due to muscle 😛

nutmeg5512:  i am holding strong at 137. i had an emergency appendectomy on Thursday night, so i have been in the hospital; now that i’m back at work this week, i’m trying to walk and be as active as possible (and of course we’re still eating clean), but i can’t workout until at least next week depending on how my incisions look. 🙁 

BUT i’m proud of what i was able to do before my appendix threw a hissy fit, and so proud of all you bees who have been rocking it! 🙂 you go girls!

nutmeg5512:  155.8!  Decent, but not as good as I was hoping for.  I had Taco Bell on Saturday and only just recovered from it yesterday.  Won’t make that mistake again!

Same 143.5 lots of stress with my kid having wisdom teeth removed, hopefully better next time.
