Congratulations to our first winner: punkrockprincess who lost 5.6 pounds this week!!
We can use this thread as support until I post the week 2 weigh in. Remember our next weigh in will be Wednesday Sept 24, I will post the thread to weigh in that morning.
Also, I was thinking on this thread maybe we can post what we ate throughout the entire day. I have seen some bloggers do it on their sites and thought it may be helpful to share healthy ideas with others!

Well, I had an english muffin, doughnut, and diet coke so far. For lunch I’ll have pasta with marinara sauce. Okay okay, I’m not in your group but I SHOULD be!!

For breakfast I had a fiber one struesel bar which was tasty. Lunch I had a cheese panini and some ranch wheat thins. I haven’t had dinner yet, but I’m going to have some toast (I buy the 45 calorie wheat), and hash browns. I also had a small snack of dark chocolate chips. Totally worth it!
