nutmeg5512:  163.2!  Didn’t lose as much as last week.  My husband weasled me into getting Chinese food last night.  He’s not a very good accountabilibuddy (South Park reference).  I did go for more walks when the weather wasn’t inclement.

181. Was hoping for more but I’ve been sick and living off soup and crackers and with all that sodium I feel like a balloon!

173.7

I did cardio 6x this week and weights 3x. We went out for dinner and I ordered a portabella mushroom sandwich with fries…. The fries were suppose to be my treat for the week, however when they arrived they were kind of cold so I only had 3………usually I would’ve eaten them all even if they were luke warm, but it just didn’t seem worth it!

I could do better with cocktails on the weekend.

a little over a lb lost! now 174.6 (around 175.8 at starting and 1st weigh in).  Wished weigh-in was tuesday this week b/c was actually at 173.6 since the weekend through yesterday, however, I had dinner out last night that undid half of my work this week.

was much more consistent at tracking calories in MFP; took longer walks with dog and a couple of hikes.

Good job everyone!

Meh. 179.6. I had a bad weekend. but i met with a nutritionist yesterday. had my metabolism tested- its normal, which is good except i cant use that as an excuse anymore lol but she helped me identify ways to improve my habits over the weekend, as well as things to start adding to my weekly eating & exercise routine to hopefully get the scale moving in the right direction. She says i can be at my goal weight of 145 by March 31st if i lose 1lb/week. i said, well aint that something! the wedding is march 21st! LETS DO THIS

145. No change 🙁 Went to my parents house this week and it’s hard not to eat their cooking without offending them. Ugh. At least I didn’t gain.

DH and I started our half marathon training monday and I downloaded MyFitnessPal to track my calories, so I’m feeling energized and optimistic that I will have something to report next week!

204. Down .2 lbs. I guess it’s better then nothing? But kind of dissapointing. I’ve been excercising and trying to drink more water and making healthy choices… not healthy enough, I guess. Well, great job ladies, better luck this week!

138! Started INSANITY this week…it is indeed insane, especially coming off of P90X that is intense but not quite so crazy! Whew I am exhausted but happy!

hollyberry4:  i think it was you who asked me to keep updating about cutting out unnatural sugars and how that’s working: it’s going great! we feel sooo much better and the scale speaks for itself. i would absolutely recommend it; it’s a little adjustment at first but i can honestly say i have no desire to go back! PS: are you seriously doing a half marathon? freakin’ awesome!! go girl!!

151.8 – doing well except for a couple attacks of the Cookie Monster. Drinking a lot of water because of the heat.
