nutmeg5512:  158.4 today!  This week went pretty well.  I was able to walk every day.  But I really need to start strength training a little bit so I can stop being so strict with my diet.

178.4! I’m down from last week, but I have a lot of work to do.

I met with a registered dietician last week & did metabolic testing. Surprisingly, my metabolism is normal, so we talked about my mental habits & how to deal with portion sizes and social situations. I’m on track- being truthful with myself about EVERYTHING i put in my mouth. I’m looking for friends on my fitness pal to keep me in check!! add me!! ericajane515

nutmeg5512:  Breastfeeding.  I know, I kind of feel like it’s cheating.  But it burns calories like crazy!  That, and being so busy with the baby keeps my mind off snacking.  And I also have no social outings to tempt me with amazing food.  AND, because it’s so inconvenient to leave the house now, I no longer just go out to the grocery store on a whim to get ice cream or whatever.  My baby is keeping me in check.  Haha.

143.5! Half a pound less! Yay! But need to step it up!

Sorry! I miss calculated! I haven’t had my coffee! I lost half a pound since last week from 144 to 143.5 😉 not much but it’s something.

1.4 lbs lost!  now at 173.2

Religious MFP logging and longer walks.  Will finally use my free one-month gym membership starting today, which I won during a work-related event that occured like 9 months ago!

nutmeg5512:  I am at 181 so up a pound =( My bachelorette party was this weekend so there was a lot of booze and food involved! 23 days until my wedding so I’m going to the gym every day twice a day and no booze or eating out until the big day!
