How big are your tables and what shape are they?  Are you having an indoor or outdoor wedding?  I think your idea sounds great as is, but if you have a really big or long table, you might need to add something more.

I think I read somewhere on here that 10-15 votives/table create a lovely effect.

How many lanterns per table?  How tall are they?  are they just going to be in the center with the votives around them.  by they way great job with those and the pommanders (drool). Are the votives close in size to the lanterns?  If so you may have to set it on top on a decorated box or a box draped in fabric so it sits a little higher.  I dont know.  Just giving suggestions 🙂  but it looks fab!

what about if you have lanterns on the table and then some sort of vine running between them all.  Like bittersweet vine or something similar?

Actually now that I see your tables are round that might now work so well.  I think just 1 lantern with 3 votives surrounding it would be good!  And a table number sign too!

We had 60” tables too and I had 1 votive, 2 different vases, and the table sign on the table.  It felt too crowded in the end.  By the time the caterer sets out all the dishes and silverware and glasses and water pitchers the table really fills up.  So keep the centerpieces to a minimum so they don’t take up more of your guests’ room on the table.

Those poms are REALLY cute! What are they made of?

I love the poms and the ribbon around the votives.  Nice touch.  I think your lantern and three votives is fine but if you did want to add something else, I found this below.  They just added two small vases on either side and added a small flower.  You could probably find the vases used or at IKEA for pretty cheap.  Either way the lantern looks romantic.

those pomanders kick butt!!! they are sooo friggin cool!!!  do you have a dollar tree in your area?  what if you got the taller vases that are cylinders from there and perhaps wrapped them in ribbon and placed the pomanders on top?

Totally agree with crebre, those pomanders on top of tall vases would look awesome!

I looooove the poufs and the lanterns!  (Can you tell me where you got the lanterns?  I might look into them!)  I might suggest doing a small fabric square of an alternating color to make it pop?  Like just a white square on top of the turquoise and brown with the lanterns and votives on top might help it look more cohesive, without being too crowded.  I used to work in catering and I have to say, you might want to think about height.  If the lanterns are lower than about 8″ tall, you might want to DIY some kind of super fun table number to bring the eye up a little.  I think you’re doing great though, the poufs look SO great!

OOH could you do some centerpeices just of the poufs grouped on borrowed cake plates?  A friend of mine did that with paper stuff and it looked great!
