Our wedding day was so perfect! I couldn't have asked for more. I'd love to do it again!!!!
LOVE it!! the colors in the room are so nice and warm...you look stunning!!! I really like your hair! I will also have a grand staircase in the mansion that we are getting married in...I wont have the grand entrance but I will have some great picture opportunities!!

The venue is called the wedding pavillion. It is at wwww.weddingpavillion.com. What's neat is that all my bridesmaids also came down the grand staircase. Then the doors closed, my Canon in D song started, and I decended. Everyone looked amazing! (More pics attached )
They totally help to make your dreams come true! Everything was great, the only crappy part is that it rained , but we did manage to go outside for some quick pictures!
We saved quite a bit of money on decor by having it here, since many of the upgraded linen and napkin options are available at a cheaper cost. One of the best tips I had was from my decorator, who told me just to use an accent table cloth on the cake table instead of paying for costly cake designs! So true, you can have a simple cake that way :)
I did black and white damask with gold accents. I went and saw that the venue was a gold colour so I decided to match it :)
One of my favourite aspects of the day would have to be the kissing box. In the last photo I've attached you can see the little flower girls putting money into it. In lieu of "tapping the glass" for us to kiss, we had a kissing box which took donations for the Heart and Stroke foudation of Canada. We raised over $200 in memory of my uncle who recently passed of a heart condition.
I went a little damask crazy, but it turned out well in the end. I especially loved our seating chart, and photobooth logo!

Ahh yes the Wedding Pavilion! I've seen lots of wedding done there (I'm in Calgary too). Your dress looks exactly like mine... Is it a Bonny by any chance?
I have no clue, I got it at Beautiful Bride on Mcleod Trail but I doesn't have a "name" I don't think :)

oh my lanta i love the picture where you guys are both blowing out your candles! it is PRICELESS! love it!
I added straps to mine and this isn't a professional picture. It was the first one that I found that shows the dress really well. And the shrug is because we stood at the door for about 4 minutes because the CD decided to stop working right before I was supposed to walk in :-) I shrugged it off and someone caught it on camera.
