I am such a do-do-brain sometimes! The picture of you and your husband cutting the cake made me go, "What the hell are they doing and where is the cake?...Oohhhh it's a cupcake... and a sword!! They're being silly!" Hahahahhahaah, I love it--it's so cute!!

Yeah the sword he would not give up...they made pretty awesome groomsmen gifts though. We also cut the cake traditionally and did have a cake-cake too. It was sort of a tradition he has with other friends...a lot of people thought it was neat.

And it feels like not much has changed! I think it will hit me when the last name is finally officially changed. Either way, it went by super fast; I managed to stay calm the wedding day - day before was hectic; my father balled his eyes out which in turn meant everyone else cried except my mother and I; and I have heard from more than enough people that it was the most fun they have ever had a wedding. Just want you want to hear!
I've attached a few photos to give an inside look at our wedding...not too conventional but not super quirky...we got married in a 100+ year auditorium, cut our (cup)cake with a katana sword (a tradition the hubby has seen with his other buddies) and couldn't wait to finally sleep again once the weekend was over!
