With a new semester coming up, I realized I haven’t really given much thought to when I plan to eat while I’m at school, which I should have because I’ll be at school from 9:25 am until 7:35 pm, meaning I may have to eat dinner while at school as well as lunch. But will I? My last block of classes is one behind the other, meaning I won’t have much time to eat dinner. Should I just plan on a late dinner and carry plenty of snacks? Help me out please!
Ok, my schedule is this. On some days:
On other days it’s exactly the same, but with a class from 1:00-3:00 thrown in there.
So as you can see, my last three classes are all one right behind the other with a 5 or 10 minute break. I have a several-hour gap after my first class, though, which leaves ample time for eating. Normally I do a light breakfast, like a bisquit or breakfast shake, since eating a large breakfast leaves me nauseated for several hours afterward and then lunch and I come home for dinner, but I won’t be getting home until around 8:00 (I’m used to dinner around 6:00). I’m not really looking to lose weight, but striving to maintain it (a hard feat sometimes when you’re on birth control). So would it be better to do a large lunch around 12:00 or 12:30, or two small “lunches” at around 11:00 and again at 3:00? I plan to have a snack between my 4:50 and 5:00 class since the classrooms are literally right next to each other.
