They were extremely prompt in responding to my inquiry, and could not be nicer! The branches were reasonably priced as well, in comparison to other sites I was looking at. I worked with Janell and she was fabulous. I am making a wish tree for our guestbook, and she suggested the proper height and # of branches I would need. I ordered two 36" branches. She ended up sending me 3 of them (no charge for the 3rd one) because when she harvested them she thought it would look better with the additional branch. How nice, right??? They haven't arrived in the mail yet (any day now), but feel free to PM me if you want any more info!

Jannyle - yep! I am going to hang some crystals and I have some little white bird ornaments that I'm trying to get on there as well.

I guess I should add that the Nature's design branches are not sandblasted; they are the natural color. I don't know if I'm going to spray paint them yet, but it is possible. My branches came fresh cut, so they aren't the dry/hard kind you see already in the store. They will harden over the next week or two, so I was able to set them up in a way that will look pretty while they are still pliable!
