@minipenguin:  Cucumbers (any raw veggie, really!) with lemon juice and salt (yep, me too) is one of my favorite snacks! Too bad Reese cups are also one of my favorites :/ lol

Good for you!!  I think you will find that when you eat better, you FEEL better.  I’m a big fan of Harley Pasternak and his books – they changed the way I think about food and being healthy.  Keep up the good work!

That’s awesome good for you! I always had a fast metabolism and never had to watch what i ate – my entire family is naturally thin, i quit smoking about 6 months ago and put on 10 kgs (about 20 pounds!) and i FREAKED out, i still wasn’t overweight but i had jiggly bits where i’d never had jiggly bits before! I think a combination of quitting smoking and eating way too much and getting older that slowed my metabolism down. The last few months i have started eating really healthy and doing a lot of exercise and i never felt better! I didn’t realise i didn’t feel great in the first place but now i feel like this i realise i was unhealthy. I’m really trying to focus on clean eating – no processed rubbish just fresh, healthy, nutritious food. love it.

Well done, keep up the good work – hopefully it just keeps getting better! 🙂
