I have lots of custom rings from Schubach’s.  It was hard for me to vote because sometimes the stone is more, and sometimes the setting it.

Feel free to message me if want the prices, I don’t like to post that.

both of these, and neither are custom, the oval moissy was the most expensive part, 18k yellow and 14k rose and moissy

my diamond from  them, in setting now, will be plat

The stone was the priciest thing in this set too, 14k rose and moissy

and the setting on this was the most expensive part, 18k rose, moissy center, diamonds in the band and shank

same here, moissy center in plat with diamonds

I got mine made by lord of gem rings on eBay. It is platinum and seems very solid/good quality. Most expensive part was the setting, but it was still hugely cheaper than buying a platinum ring locally.

Can you post a pic of the ring?

    I have a few:

    Finished:

What are the materials (platinum, gold, diamond, moissanite etc)?

Top ring is 10k rose gold, middle ring is 14k yellow, pendant is 10k yellow. The top ring came with .25ctw of SI1/2 G colored diamonds, the middle came with .10ctw same quality diamonds (the two on the side), and the pendant came .20ctw diamonds, and the center is a CZ.

    What did it cost?

Top ring: ~$400 (without rubies), middle: (without center, an antique cushion that cost $70) ~$250, Pendant: ~$300

    Who made the ring?

JewelryHoo2 on ebay (Chanxing jewelry ltd. through Ebay).

I am so pleased with my experience I had with them. I have had these made for anniversaries and birthdays over the course of the past year or so. It’s slightly difficult to communicate with them, as they are located in China so the time difference and language difference is a little difficult, but with some patience it’s not bad at all. They work SO FAST. Most of these come within a month or so of initiating the transaction. You email them with a design and description of what you want, they give you a price quote. If you accept, then they make an ebay listing with your design, you buy it, then they start working on the CAD. The CAD takes about a week to complete, then you approve or ask them to change things. I will note, they cannot do (or you’ll pay much more for) the verragio style frilly detail work. Most of what I have ordered has been fairly simple, and because you approve the CADs (or don’t) you’ll know exactly what your piece looks like before it comes. They production takes about 2-3 weeks, and they ship for free using DHL. It takes about 3-4 days because they ship express. It is so nice. Please message me if you want any more advice! I can’t recommend them high enough.

As far as materials, its a 2.76 ct GIA certified AAA round brilliant, un-treated fancy black diamond, close to .5 cts in white diamonds and platinum!
The diamond is from solitare.com (maybe mysolitare.com?) the setting, and smaller diamonds came from brilliance.com. My FI submitted drawings, and they worked around them. The cost total (setting built, diamond, shipping and the diamond being set) cost a little under $15,000

Im sorry these pictures are so crappy. They are iPad taken.. The diamonds literally glow, and while my center diamond does not “sparkle” like a white diamond it definetly bounces beautiful light. It varies in look from a lighter grey, to a dark black. It is untreated and unheated (most black diamonds are heated and treated to appear more black) which is what makes it look so diffrent (since it has no treatment) that is also what made it so exspensive.

and it looks dirty lol sorry! Might I add, that brilliance was AWESOME to work with! He literally submitted a drawing (lots of communication in between) and it was made to his exact liking. They are awesome!

My husband had my wedding ring made by Etsy seller SundariGems – it’s a stock piece she offers but it was custom made for me so I am commenting anyway. I would say the diamonds were the expensive part but I am not 100% sure. Here is a pic. I love it! It is so well-made! We would not hesitate to recomment Prang to anyone looking to have something made:

@IheartUFC:  Even if they don’t work with moissanite, if I were you I’d buy a moissanite separately from the setting, then have them set at a jeweler in your area who will work with moissanite. Because they’re in China, the amount of time and money it would take for something you mail them to get there and get back to you would far outweigh having your moissanite set locally.
