We will already be married by the time we do this second celebration and will have already had a reception in Mexico…I wouldn’t want to do a second garter toss or a second boquet toss (well, maybe on the boquet) what other things can we do to kick off the fun part of the ceremony after cutting cake?

Maybe see if you can get some live music to liven up the dancefloor?
I’ve got exactly the same dilemma – we’re having a full wedding in the UK where me (Dutch) and Fiance (Canadian) live so it’s a destination wedding for everyone but us. We’re having a backyard reception in Canada a few weeks after the wedding to accommodate people who couldn’t fly over (mostly friends of his parents). Not sure how extensive a party to plan! I really don’t want a big deal but also don’t want to thread on any toes…
