My ring does have curve like yours…. the band goes right in line with the curve. Sorry this isn’t the best picture!!

@hgwells:  I would get the skinniest little wisp of a pave eternity band to wear with that — like 1.5 mm width or so. 

 

If you want something that sits flush, you could have something custom made, kind of like this, but personally I think it would be prettier to have a straight one so that there would be a bit of a gap. I think the key here is to choose a band that is really, really skinny and delicate.
