Well ladies.... it is FINALLY time. BF and I booked our romantic getaway to Mexico in early June. We are finally leaving tomorrow morning!! Since we booked the trip bf has dropped some serious hints that a proposal might be coming during the vacation (maybe on my birthday, which is during our trip). I can't wait! I really really hope that he does it. What could be more romantic than a beach proposal??
Regardless, I am going to play it cool and not let on that I know anything might be up. I will try my very best to forget about it, relax, and have an awesome vacation proposal or not!
But, just in case I come back with a ring (fingers crossed!), I'll leave you with the "before" picture ;)

Take a ton of pictures!! I don't have any proposal pictures but I cherish the shot we had taken on the beach at sunset a half hour before he proposed. Have a great trip!!

And yes, there will be LOTS of pictures regardless. I'm a wanna-be photog so I am taking 3 cameras down there... oy. :)

Either way you're gonna love it! Here's to you both having a fabulous vacation! Not to be a Debbie Downer, but T and I had a getaway to Jamaica in march and everybody (including myself) thought it was a 100 percent engagement trip. Wasn't, but it sure now makes for a hilarious story..that and everything else that happened (our trip advisor review says it all).
But here's wishing you come back with one super sparkly left hand!
@bellenga- oh man.. march was a long time ago! haha. I'm going to be really surprised if it isn't on this trip---- but regardless I know it is **soon** so I'll be happy :)
Ooooo have a wonderful time and a fantastic birthday! I hope it happens for you, but even more than that, I hope you have a relaxing, special time where you can just celebrate your love for each other! Enjoy! Here's hoping you post a more "decorated" picture soon.... ;)
Like my sister tells me on special occasions now since like you Corgi, we know it will be soon "make sure when you get a manicure they put a good top coat on it so it will seal the manicure..it could be any time!" lol! My cwazy sister!!!
Yea I know March was a while back, but I think I'm getting surprised and it'll be worth waiting for!

@bellenga- I actually hadn't considered that! There is a business office at the resort with computers and I need to check my email for work every day, so I guess I might be able to pop on! I won't have any pictures until I get home though... so we'll see.
