ok bees im finally motivated enough to start my weight loss journey. im wanting to loose 90-100 pounds in a year. if i loose 8-9 pounds a month i can easly do it, thats only 2 pounds a week to loose.
my question is: what can i eat for breakfast that will not only be healthy but fill me up!? i tend to overeat at breakfast cuz im starving.

Congrats! A few things I’ve found keep me full:
-eggs (you can cook them in the microwave if you’re short on time, or cook some hardboiled ones the night before)
-Smoothies or protein shakes
-You could also get some pretty decent pre-made suff….I know weight watchers has frozen breakfast sandwiches you just pop in the microwave.

@Jen51287: my favorite filling breakfast is eggs! I get a carton of egg whites, and a carton of three cheese flavored egg beaters. I mix 3/4 cup egg whites and 1/4 cup egg beaters together and scramble. It doesn’t sound like much, but it’s such a protein punch in the face that I’m not hungry again until lunch! 100 calories, 19 grams of protein!

favourite breakfast: dippy eggs on homemade hashbrowns, quinoa cooked with milk and cinnamon or a banana smoothie!

protein protein protein!! That is the one way i have found to really supress my appetite. Also, detox yourself from sugars and simple carbs. You wont crave them & won’t nearly be as hungry!
My breakfast during weight loss is a Pure Protein bar. and that’s it. You could add a banana, yogurt, or something like that. But the bar has 19g of protein & will help you stay satisfied for a while. Also, i hold off eating it for as long as possible. I find that after i eat, i get hungry faster. So, having a later breakfast (i wake up at 4:45 am, eat my breakfast at 8:30am) works best for me. And i dont eat again til lunch! (11:30am).
