I've been to Belize twice and loved it both times.
Last time I went, I went with DH and my family.
We stayed at Jaguar Reef. The resort was great. Meals were included, but alcohol wasn't. However you could buy "alcohol packages" so drinks just came off the tab.
They also had great excursions both out on the water (snorkeling and scuba) as well as inland (Mayan Ruins, horseback riding, hiking, etc).
There were lots of honeymooners there while we were there as well as a wedding taking place!
Mountain Equestrian Trails (http://www.metbelize.com/) is AMAZING! I had an incredible time there, and it's not the typical kind of thing everyone else will do, so you'll have amazing stories.
Ambergris Cay was great, too, but the mainland stuck out. I think MET has package deals, too. We all ate onsite.
I've never been, but Belize was on my dream list of honeymoon destinations. I believe Bakerella went there for her honeymoon and did a really good recap. You might want to check in with her.
My FH & I went on a cruise that stopped in Belize last year- we went cave tubing (crazy!) and on a beautiful hike through the jungle- didn't have time for much else but it definitely is a gorgeous place!
We're going there for our honeymoon! I am so excited! We're staying a couple nights in San Ignacio for mainland tours (cave tubing, cave tours, etc) and then a couple nights in Caye Ambergris to relax on the beach. I would recommend going to this website: http://www.belizefirst.com/ and downloading the free "Belize Island Guide". It helped me a lot when figuring out where to go and what to do.
Don't know of any all inclusives, sorry :(. But I went there with my family back in 2007. It's an awesome, interesting place. We walked through this one resort called the Victoria House. It is absoltuely stunning. Check it out. www.victoria-house.com/
That's where we're going. We are going to stay at Victoria House and take a trip to Tikal in Guatemala. We didn't see any all inclusive places--I don't think there are any.

So my FI and I have heard that Belize is amazing so I am looking into it for our honeymoon. Has anyone ever been? Also, where are some good places to stay? Lastly do they have any all inclusive resorts that include all meals, drinks, alcohol, etc? We are trying to book a one stop place that will not require too much out of pocket money once we get there.
Or if you have other honeymoon suggestions I will take thos too! :)
