I havent personally used one yet, but I will definitely be buying the Belly Bandit Bamboo. I have heard from multiple women that they LOVED the Belly Bandit! They said the Bamboo one is more comfortable so if youre planning to wear it all day you should get that one. But from my research and talk with other women…they all recommmend the Belly Bandit brand and to wear it as soon as possibel after birth. They also recommended getting multiple sizes bc youre belly will shrink right away. Good Luck!

I’ve been eyeing them as well. Some of my older co-workers swore to me that they got flat tummies after wearing girdles and corsets during their time. A lot of celebrities have also mentioned the “great” results they achieved from corsets. Jessica Alba used two (layered) of the Almighty Cinchers by AMIA. I’m wondering if anyone on the bee used them as well.

The hospital gave me one after my c-section.  I can’t say it was a miracle worker, but it did seem to put everything back into place.  10 months pp, my stomach is flat but unfortunately it did nothing for the extra skin my 9lb, 22 inch baby left me with:(

what is the sizing chart based on? the size of your belly while still pregnant or the size after you give birth?  should you wait until after you give birth to buy it?

used one and loved it. It felt so much better having things tucked it. These are pics from a few weeks before having our daughter and then within six months post baby…

I got back down to a 24″ waist very quickly and I think using a band and nursing helped tons

@Chrissy26:  Wow! I am definitely buying one. You look fantastic. I’m sure some exercise was involved too.

@christinamarie980:  thanks! Honestly I didn’t exercise and if I did it was running about two miles once a week. Really nursing helped a ton. I also didn’t gain a ton of weight. Im 5’9″ and usually about 120ish but got to 150 almost at delivery.

The band helps suck everything in…really after popping out a baby your belly feels huge and empty…giggly. The band sucks everything in and makes you feel like you don’t have a big empty stomach hanging off of you 🙂

i loved mine (slept in it most of the time)

@Chrissy26:  Had to chime in and say you look amazing! I started out at 120 and now am 157 at 34 weeks so I’m anxious to see how my body will transform after pregnancy. You give me hope!

@Chrissy26:  My god. Belly Bendit should be hiring you as their spokeswoman.

I posted about these things a month ago and didn’t get much feedback, but I’m sold now.
