Hi girls! So sorry I didnt post sooner but it is prom here and I had to help out at the flower shop and I am just now getting home. I havent weighed myself today or did my measurements but I thought I would start the thread and I will do all that in a little bit. I truly dont think I did very well at all this week considering I didnt get to work out hardly at all or eat very well either because I started my new job and I am trying to get in the swing of things of that and my daughter in school. (side note- I havent worked full time since she started school) so I am really hoping I am a little more in the groove next week and can stick to all this a little better. I hope you girls had better luck with it!!!!

Ok so sorry I didnt post my updates last night, I was exhausted. I lost 1 pound which I suppose is better than nothing and way better than gaining. I cant wait to hear how you ladies did..speaking of where are you ladies? Wifey? Anyone?

I had no downtime this weekend at all. late for school now. I’ll try to update tonight. 🙂

Hey, sorry I’m late! I worked over 30hrs this weekend alone and I was so exhausted when I got home all I wanted to do was fall into my bed. So I did 🙂
Anyways, I weighed in this morning at 124 so I also lost 1lb! It’s not the 2 I was hoping for, but hey at least it’s something 🙂
I was alright with my eating this week. I only slipped up a couple of times, but I started slacking a bit on the exercise. This week isn’t as busy as last week so I’m hoping I can get my butt up for either a walk, a bike ride, or the gym everyday.

uhh…. I had a crappy week. I ate an entire bag of chocolate chips over the course of seven days. Plain.
I still don’t have a scale, and really need to measure my waist soon… sooonnnnn…..
Life is INSANELY busy right now, which I love, but it’s trash for my health. 🙁
