You can try farecompare.com, and you can check the boxes on multiple ticket sites so you can compare them all at once.

Also, they say the best day to buy a ticket is Tuesday at 3 pm. and don’t fly on a Friday or Saturday. And returning on a Monday or Tuesday is cheaper than returning on a Sunday. Basically, you should plug in different dates to find the best rates for you.

@Ap2010:  Tuesday’s, 5-8 weeks out. I just saw a travel expert on the news this morning.

 

@star282:  clear your cookies. Airlines and sales sights drop cookies and keep track of when you come back to their sites. My ex designed some of the airlines sales systems and that is what he always told me to do.

We’re flying to NYC tomorrow from Nashville, and it was $159 total for both of us one-way. I usually get my tickets two or three months in advance.
