I want to know too! Right now I just use my regular moisturizer (neutrogena) around my eyes for day and night.
I use Clinique eye lotion at night and mixed in with my concealer daily, but it just keeps them moisturized. It doesn't do much for wrinkles, darn it.
@Candy_Nee: I am only 25 but In order not to get them I use nivea eye cream during the day... and I was purchased I believe its biore eye cream my mom uses it so its not for people who havent started to get wrinkles yet.. I used it every once in a while and its great... For night I use a great product from AVON they have a 3 lines... one is for people my age in their 20's the next one is for people in their 30's-40's and the last one is for women over 50... They have face creams, washes, eye creams and everything in those lines and I love it.
This stuff is AMAZING!

My mom is a wrinkle cream addict/expert (and her eyes look amazing, honestly), and I think I have inherited her weakness. :-) She swears by Estee Lauder's advanced Night Repair for Eyes--it's pricey, though, at just under $50/bottle. Last forever, though.
A cheaper option that we both also like is this Burt's Bees stuff:

I have used clinique all about eyes since I was 25 and it works miraculously!!!!!
I use Dessert Essence 100% pure Jojoba oil. It works wonders for my skin...better than any other product I've used in the past. I always wear SPF 30+ when I go out in the sun. H2O is my thrist quencher; and improves my skin immensely.
My mother has been using dior's capture series for as long as i can remember and she still passes as my sister. I started using this since my earlier 20s as "an investment to my future."
it is not cheap but it works:
Thanks for all the suggestions girls! Looks like I need to start saving! :)

I've also heard great things about Philosophy from my MIL

It's happened, I've noticed wrinkles around my eyes. I am NOT happy about it!
Any of you ladies have suggestions on some great eye cream? I don't want to pay a ton of money, but it doesn't have to be insanely cheap either. I just need something to get rid of these!
