I really like the Women's Health Total Body Workout in 10 DVD. There are 4 10 minute segments: cardio, legs, arms, and balance/stability. It is pretty challenging, but I really like it. You can do all or one of the segments. I love the instructors style and attitude.
lol krissycake, Michelle Obama does have amazingly strong arms! That's so funny there is a news article about them!
8 minute arms!

guaranteed you will be sore tomorrow lol
for triceps i think some of the best things you can do are tricep dips, you can do this off the edge of your sofa or a chair...tricep push ups, like regular push ups except you keepyour arms closer together so that when you lower your body your elbows graze your sides. you can also raise a weight up over your head and lower it behind your head, keeping elbows close to your ears, and repeatedly raise and lower...if that makes sense.
and when you do biceps do bicep curls a few different ways, the normal, then hammer curls and then the kind where you turn your arms out and do curls, it works all different parts of the bicep. if any of these dont sound familiar to you you can look it up online.
8minute arms! dang it that is the funniest one ever!!!!!!! but i am going to do it tomorrow.....
Arm circles are awesome, and you can do them during a commercial break- keep your arms at your shoulder level and don't let them drop, spin them one way 30 seconds, and then the other 30 seconds, then clap in front 30 seconds, clap overhead 30 seconds, and "raise the roof" 30 seconds. You will feel this, and if you get really good at them you can add weights (3-5 lbs)
lol @ osuchicka, I just did what your described while sitting here (probably looked pretty funny, especially the raise the roof part)... but I can kinda feel the burn! Thanks for sharing :)
Last summer I did Michelle Obama's Arm Workout and it worked wonders very quickly. I would also add others that I found randomly online. But I would avoid workouts that involved my shoulders unless they were low-key. I was really scared my shoulders would get too big and I would look manly! LOL
I'm a fan of Donna Richardson's 4-Day Rotation workout (similar to the 3-Day one), 15 minute workouts for arms, abs, buns, and hips & thighs.
You can view a minute video of her arm workout here:

I used 5 lb hand-weights, and I started doing the exercises about six months prior to our wedding about once a week. I was happy with the results. I'll post some cropped pictures for you.
By the way I just tried that exercise that osuchicka posted and I too felt the burn! Awesome!! I'm just glad I work in a 2 person office and no one saw me.
Sorry, one picture posted twice down there. I don't know how to fix that.
http://www.exercisetv.tv/workout-videos/cardio/20-min-upper-body-workoutreal-housewives-2-6544 guarenteed!!! It's not too hard, but I was so sore the next day....Feels like it works!!

I'm in a rut of only ever doing pushups. This is great, but I'd like a little more...specifically aimed for the back of the arms (triceps). i have access to free weights, but i'm just not very good with them! anyone have an arm workout routine they just love?!
