I enjoyed reading What to Expect before you're Expecting. It had lots of helpful information but I didn't find it overwhelming. There is a lot of info at the back about infertility which I skipped over for now (we haven't started TTC yet) and figure I'll read if we need to. Otherwise I didn't want to get too stressed about it!
It just talks about how you and your SO can prepare for starting the journey. I liked it!

What book did you find most helpful to prepare your mind and body for TTC? I am not looking for info on charting and how to conceive more quickly, but rather how to be the healthiest (both mentally and physically) to have a baby. Thanks!
