I swear by Secret Clinical.  It’s the only one I can use.

As odd as it seems, when I wear other brands, I sweat more!

I use Dove extra strength. I wear it to work all day, 7am til 330 or 4pm, then to the gym. And sometimes (don’t tell anyone) i don’t shower right away, and I notice I’m not stinky by the time I do! I say a 12+ hour day is good.

And i don’t get the chunkies on my clothes. It’s a clear glide. I’d stick a little 99 cent travel tube in your purse though if you feel self conscious about it

I have also used Secret Clinical and thought it worked great. Now I am not a big sweater, but when I know I am going to be working out, or doing something in really hot weather, I swear by this. I’ve also heard good things about any of the clinical deodorants. have you looked at makeupalley.com? they have 100’s of reviews for all different kinds of products(including deodorant). Hope it helps..

Whatever you choose, be sure to try it out well in advance!  I was excited to give Dove Clinical a go, but ended up having a reaction to it.  It definitely kept my underarms dry, but it also left me feeling extremely overheated.  After about a day, I developed something like a splotchy heat rash on my back.  I was so disappointed that it didn’t work out for me.  :o(

Now I use Degree Ultra Clear, which works well for me.

are you looking for strong deodorant or antiperspirant?  if you apply certain-dri before you go to bed one to two weeks before your wedding, you will not sweat at all.  then all you need on your big day is a deodorant – like tom’s or something else that is just deodorant – deodorant doesn’t turn white.

trust me – the certain-dri will take care of the wetness.

Good call on the Certain-dri.  I swear by it.

I used Secret and wasn’t impressed. Dove worked very well for me, as did Degree. The best thing to do would be to wear a sleeveless shirt with the deoderant you’re considering and try it out. Everyone’s body chemistry is different.

i third the certain-dri idea. very effective in stopping sweat.

also, degree makes a few clear deodarants – one is like sheer solid, and another is clear gel. i find that both work well.
