I love Target’s t-shirts. I typically shop at Nordstrom, JCrew and Anthropologie, but I think Target has the absolute best t-shirts and the price is a steal.

I honestly like Target for t-shirts.

@canarydiamond:  Have you tried Everlane? You have to join the site to view the products but it’s not like those sale sites, e.g. Gilt. Their t-shirts get rave reviews.

My favorite tees are Joe Fresh or Alexander Wang. Although Alexander Wang tees are made of rayon, so I have to dryclean them, they fit like a dream.

I like Old Navy. They’re really soft, reasonably priced and last forever. They come in regular scoop neck or v-neck, and long-sleeve too.

Tahari t-shirts are the best I’ve ever owned. Super soft, not see thru, don’t shrink or fade. I bought one at Marshalls or Tjmaxx and I was hooked. They can be worn for working out or with a pair of nice slacks and look businessy.

@Jewelieee:  I just bought an Everlane cotton oversize shirt and it’s soooo comfy and comfortable. Plus their customer service was awesome. I gotta check out their t-shirts.

The Target shirts I got weren’t that great. I had the same issues as you with the GAP ones. I’d still recommend American Apparel for softness, even though they’re a little 2005.

@atlbride2013:  I’ve only purchased a tee for my FI and a leather skinny belt for myself, but I hear the cashmere stuff is fantastic too. 😛
