I had a good experience w/JKM Ribbon, and bought multiple big 100 yard spools of satin ribbon from them.

For my dress sash, I bought my wide Midori satin ribbon from http://www.romanticflowers.com/osc/index.php?cPath=22

Oh yea, and Papermart, http://www.papermart.com/pages/SeeAll/Ribbon_All.htm has many inexpensive options (but I didn't actually order from them, I just know their pricing was good)
Hi MissTeaBerry,
I ordered mine through PaperMart and I was real happy with it. I got it within a week, they were in 50 yards or 100 yard spools, depending on the width of your ribbon. I'm using them for favors, decorations, programs, our invites, our cake, flowers, you name it, I've found a use for it. Good luck!
I don't know about bulk, but I thought the Ribbon Jar was pretty cute: www.ribbonjar.com
If you're looking for basic satin or grosgrain ribbon, try eBay. They sell 50 and 100 yard spools in tons of colors.
I did a lot of research on ribbon, and the cheapest out there for double-faced satin ribbon is ribbon factory!
They have a ton of colors and sizes, and shipping was fairly cheap as well. They can also pre cut the ribbon to set lengths if you want, which is nice because they heat the ends so your ribbon doesn't fray. And if you only need part of 100 yards cut, they'll include the remainder of the roll.
Hope this helps!!
Oh hooray!!! I went out to meet with a client and came back to all these suggestions!!!!!!!!! :) THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!! :) Keep the advice coming...please!!
Some great suggestions so far. I found this post while looking for the answer to the same question!
I like the Ribbon Factory suggestion, but these guys look good too because they have free shipping when buying in bulk: http://www.alacraft.com.au/ribbon-cat13

Ribbon and bows are playing into a big part of our wedding details (i.e. ribbon on the centerpieces, ribbon on the placecards, ribbon on the dresses, etc.), but I keep having to buy one spool here and another spool there. Then, the next time I go to the craft store, it seems the colors change and I can't get the same color or size again. I was wanting to order a bunch of ribbon online, but I don't really know what sites are good or not. Can anybody help me out??? Do you know of a site that offers quality ribbon??
