Best places for pictures in poughkeepsie/newburgh area

Hi! I am having so much trouble finding a location to have our group wedding photos. Our ceremony is at Our Lady of Mount Carmel in Poughkeepsie, and our reception is at Anthony's pier 9. I would like to go somewhere different for the photos. If anyone has any suggestions about gorgeous spots..either gardens, waterfront areas...etc, I would really appriciate it. Thank you all so much

How about the Vanderbilt mansion in Hyde Park. I actually got engaged in the gardens there - it is so beautiful.

There is also a nice park like spot under the mid-hudson bridge you can use which is right on the water.

I only really know places on the Poughkeepsie side of the river. I will keep thinking and will get back to you.

There is a public park across the street from Anthony's Pier 9 that is right on the Hudson River! It's called Plum Point unique area - it's gorgeous and has amazing views (we had our reherdal dinner there at the "visitor's center" buidling)! You should definitely check it out! Here's the link:

There's also a little promenade area that we drove by near the Newburgh-Beacon bridge that looks like it would be great for photos!

Also, I've never been to it, but it looks beautiful and is also in the neighborhood - the arboretum in Thomas Bull Park in Montgomery:
