I bought mine on ebay from seller omegacraft. The colors are really true to what showed up on my monitor, the prices were great, and it was all delivered really fast. Plus the shipping was quite reasonable.
I bought my overlays from efavormart. They had good prices on organza bags.
For ribbon, go to www.reasonableribbon.com. The quality is great, service fast, and they were SOOOO much cheaper than anywhere else I had found--great deal for my invitations!
