Boots No. 7 mineral powder is what I use. It's very very light.
I've also heard good things about Sonia Kashuk translucent powder (also at target), but I've never tried it.
Loreal true match super blendable powder is amazing! It comes in so many shades (warm, cool and neutral tones) and you truly cannot even feel it. Plus it only costs 10 dollars. Good luck!
I like Almay's Smart Shade Makeup. It's more of a tinted coverage than foundation and blends well into my skin despite coming out of the bottle in a grayish color.
Are you asking for every day wear or for your wedding day? I normally use Bare Minerals powder but I heard that because it's so reflective, that it photographs poorly due to the flash and makes your face look whiter. On the recommendation of my makeup artist, I bought some liquid foundation when I did my own makeup for our engagement photo shoot.
Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse powder foundation is nice too. You can put it on with a brush for lighter coverage, or a sponge for more coverage. Has a great range of shades too.
I was going to suggest the mousse too! I use it every day, but I use my fingers for a little bit heavier coverage. It photographs really well!
For powders, I like this one from Neutrogena.
You might also like a tinted moisturizer. I know these give pretty light coverage and won't feel heavy if you're not used to wearing lots of makeup daily. I've liked this one from Cover Girl.

Hey ladies,
It's me again asking about my DIY makeup! I have good skin and typically wear NO makeup, so I'm looking for really light coverage, and it seems like a powder foundation is the way to go. Do you agree/disagree? Anyone have a favorite drugstore brand?
