If I was pregnant at Halloween I would have done a painted belly to tie into my costume..
A pregnant nun? :) Some people might be offended by that, but I'm thinking of that TV show.
You can dress up as Juno and your SO can be the Michael Cera character.

I have always loved the "bun in the oven" costume for pregnant women (that egb posted above). They usually sell them pretty cheaply at any costume shop.
My friend and her husband did a "pumpkin farmer" theme. She got a pair of cheap overalls and cut out the belly portion and painted her belly orange to look like a pumpkin. It was really cute!
My friend was pregnant w/ triplets and did a homemade magic 8 ball costume.
My mom was pregnant on Halloween only once and she went out with us as a pumpkin. No extra padding needed!
The amazing thing is, she delivered my brother THE VERY NEXT DAY!
PopRox already mentioned it, but my friends were a 50's house wife and the milk man. It was so stinking cute!
How about the Kool Aid man? .... you will look cuter than this guy :P

When I was pregnant, I dressed as a black cat, like every year, in black tights, leotard, tail and ears, but I was a Fat Cat since I was 8 months along. I still felt sexy thanks to lots of smokey eye makeup and big hair...
How about the Amy Poehler character from Baby Mama with a can of Crisco?
If you're sporting a good sized bump, here's an idea: a friend put a face on her white-shirted belly made of felt and put a nose on her belly. She also put a little hat on the top of the bump, and she was instantly the joker from Jack-in-the-Box. It was really funny and cute.
I think the bun in the oven is so cute!
I had a preggo friend dress up as snoopy for Halloween, much like the pic below, and her husband went as Charlie Brown. It was adorable.

I've been trying to think of some great and creative halloween costume ideas, I'll be about 6 and a half months pregnant so not huge but I want to do something fun and a little bit on the inexpensive side. Do you girls have any great ideas?
