I should have bought from overstock.com. A helpful bridesmaid sent me this when I thought that I would have gold dresses. But I ended up with pink. I should have gone to overstock, but I was too snobby. I could have saved the girls some money.
Don’t be like me. Check it out.

I would never trust Overstock for BM dresses. I’ve ordered from them on 3 seperate occasions and none of the orders were correct. Once was for an MP3 player and they sent me a completely different product. Another was for a necklace which came with a giant knot in it (it was actually a gift from my FI but I had to send it back) and they resent another one which had the same problem. The chain was thin and I didn’t want ot risk breaking it so I called and asked to return the product completely, they sent me a return label via email and one day later a third necklace arrived on my doorstep which I now had to send back as well. The final problem was when my FI bought an electronic product and ordered the suggested carrying case. Both arrived undamaged but the case was for a different model and the actual product came with a case. At that point, a coupon for 10% off my next order was not good enough for me to ever order from them again. I guess when prices seem too good to be true they are.

… I’ve never had a problem with overstock. I actually really, really love then and use them for kitchen stuff I want to try but is always too expensive to buy in real life! Love them!

I’d be leary buying dresses from online (from any retailer!) for something special. You could end up with alteration costs that are almost as much as it would have cost otherwise! I bought my wedding shoes and undergarments from online, both of which I had to send back for a different size or style because it wasn’t as advertised. But for people who are standard sizes (height and weight!) and as long as you have plenty of time for exchanges/returns/alterations, it could save money. With Overstock you can frequently get free shipping, too. Don’t forget to factor in shipping (and return/exchange shipping) costs into your price!

Are you kidding me Overstock rocks! One of my bridesmaid’s dresses got lost in the mail for 3 weeks so I flipped out and went on overstock to see what I could find. Since I was paying for the dresses I chose a really really inexpensive one and crossed my fingers! I bought one for each girl so they could keep if to wear just in case of the dress missing never showed up! Well of course 3 1/2 weeks later, actually the same day the missing bridesmaid dress showed up on my BM door step so did the overstock.com dress and my other BM recieved their dress too!
They loved them and said they are such high quality and most of them fit like a charm, unlike the Original BM dress that most had to get altered but at least they will have a fun dress to wear out! Check it out, sooooo cute………….
I chose the chocolate one since my colors include chocolate!

My BMs wore burgundy braja dresses than ran less than $40 a piece. There’s lots of places to get BMs dresses for a reasonable price.

I went to the “O” and loved the deals and have been wondering about their service. It seems to me that everyone has a different opinion. I’m going to keeping looking and see what’s out there. besides my girls are on tight budgets and need something they can wear again.
