I saw this on the news this morning. It's $10,000 to have this happen!
I think it would've been better if it was a diamond instead of a ruby but I guess since it's their store colors... // I definitely think this is a funny story for other people to hear. lol

BTW - it would totally suck if some poor sucker did this and she said no.

It's clearly an ad for the dinner box... I bet Pizza Hut would be as surprised as anyone if someone actually tried to buy this!
@Over the Moon: On the news they said they've already had 800 "serious inquiries". Another news anchor replied "And 780 of those were probably people seriously inquiring if this is real." LOL
I feel like this only works if you really, really want to surprise her. Because who's going to expect to be proposed to at a Pizza Hut?
I picture it going sort of like this:
HER: What do you want for dinner tonight?
HIM: Oh, I don't know. I don't feel like anything special. Let's just go to Pizza Hut.
HER: Yeah, OK.
So they do, but then OMG! Incredibly elaborate proposal with fireworks and flowers and everything! I mean, she'd definitely never expect it. Unless she read that article. Then she would. Actually there are probably going to be a lot of unhappy women at Pizza Hut for the few months.

I reeeeeally hope that some hilarious person buys this and that their partner is a bee, because I would love to hear about this proposal. "Will you marry me?" "Um...only if I can have the last breadstick."
