I am thinking about re-testing and I was just wondering what everybody thought was the best Pregnancy Test. Especially for Early testing. I have the CVS digital but not sure how that compares to others. Suggestions? Ones your trust?

I used First response, Wal-mart brand, an internet cheapie and clearblue digital (maybe I was a little shocked ;) and all worked fine...but the first one I tried was the internet cheapie but that was 1 day past AF...so I'm no help but I'd say the non digital ones may work better if testing earlier...

I tested first with an internet cheapie - blatant negative. I then used the Target brand of FRER (which was actually blue dye!) and got a faint positive..this was 9 DPO evening (same cup o' pee!) The next morning I took another and it was a little darker, but I was skeptical of the blue dye..another internet cheapie was still negative. I took a digital and got a positive (10 DPO afternoon).

I used the name brand First Response Early Result tests.

    http://www.amazon.com/First-Response-Early-Result-Pregnancy/dp/B000052XHI

I got a faint but clear BFP at 10 DPO, 4 days before I missed my period.

I used internet cheapies until I got a positive, then confirmed on 2 more internet cheapies, and a digital. Those pregnancy tests add up when you only buy the good ones!

I used a Clearblue Compact (I'm in NZ) and I got a faint but obvious positive when I took it on Saturday afternoon.  I took a second test with FMU this morning (same brand) and it was a much darker line.  I was 13/14PO on Saturday.

I tried to find a digital, but they didn't have any at the supermarket.

I also recommend FRER (First Response Early Result). I had a box of that and a box of Clear Blue Digitals and one of the digitals malfunctioned. I bought them on Amazon.

FRER for early testing and Clear Blue Digital for confirmation seem to be the gold standards. Good luck!

I used just about every type over time!

I used Wandfo (Amazon) and when I thought I saw a shadow of a second line, I confirmed with Clear Blue Easy digital.

first response early result was always the best for me. (the pink line)

and then use a digital to confirm.  Seeing the words "pregnant" after seeing so may "not pregnant" was amazing!

    Good luck Hedgie!

I personally like First Response, I think it is one of the best at early detection.

    Good luck!

I used the CVS brand digital and I got a BFP like a day or two after I should have gotten my period.

@winniewolf:  This is exactly what I did too. Faint line on the Wondfo and then a clear postive on the digital a day later.

I got a faint positive on a Wondfo type strip first. I did a First Response Early Result the next day to a clear second line. I didn't do a Clearblue Digital until my period was late.

Clear Blue Easy super duper confirms it for me. That way you're not trying to decifer if there is a faint line there or not...

I also used Wandfo (Amazon) cheapies, and I got my bfp at 10dpo. I was going to buy a different brand to compare but the line was getting darker so I never even bothered wasting the money.

I second FRER and the digitals. It's so nice just seeing "Pregnant" so you can stop guessing.

I used First Response early whatever (the "7 days sooner" one) and got my BFP 5 days before my missed period with first pee of the morning (lol, sorry if that's TMI!). I think that the digital might be a good choice-- the whole confusion with evap lines can be stressful.

I used internet cheapies (wondflo) and when I saw a faint line, I confirmed with FRER which gave me a much darker line the same day.
