I’ve tried Crest white strips and some people love them, but honestly, I’m not a huge fan. I think you can use them to a certain degree but I know someone who uses them monthly and her teeth are starting to look translucent. I like the Arm & Hammer toothpaste since it contains baking soda which helps whiten teeth but doesn’t make them look fake.

Crest white strips worked pretty well for me, it depends on the person. I think it depends on what your teeth are coloured from too. I drink black coffee, and the strips are effective for that type of stain, so it was a noticeable difference to me.

I used the classic ones, not the pro-super-duper-blinding-white ones. They gave me a little sensitivity. My dentist recommended using sensodyne for 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after to help with that. I bet the stronger ones would net even better results.

I haven’t used the store brand ones, so I can’t compare them.

Crest Whitestrips hurt my teeth something fierce.

I like Listerine’s white strips. They dissolve, so you put them on and go.

Crest Pro 3d Whitestrips. The regular ones suck, but these stick to your teeth really well and work really well, too. I have to go every other day and do a restoring mouthwash immediately afterward and twice on the off day.

Honestly, order online. Ultradent Tres White trays are a 10 pack. They work much better than store brand, and have a desensitizer added to help with sensitivity. They works amazingly well, and are sold in MANY dental offices for $80+ (online you can get them for about 40)

Wear them for ten consecutive days, and I PROMISE you will be amazed.

I use crest vivid white toothpaste and mouthwash and that stuff rules! I definitely recommend it, at least in addition to any white strips you may choose to use.

@futuremrsbc:  I use a homemade paste of hydrogen peroxide and baking soda, or mix baking soda into my whitening toothpaste, and I’ve got REALLY white teeth. It gets in between teeth better and whitens the entire surface, not just the front. Give it a try a couple of days in a row and you’ll be surprised how white your teeth get!!!

I use the Crest 3D Pro level four and those work great! I use them about twice a week to avoid any sensitivity. I also use the Crest 3D White toothpaste and mouth wash.

@futuremrsbc:  My mom is a dental hygienist and when I asked her about whitening my teeth without spending a fortune she suggested crest whitening strips. Her boss is one of the top cosmetic dentists in Manhattan and said that anyone looking for over the counter teeth whitening, use crest white strips, but you need to be consistent with it. Don’t skip more than one day

Also, while you are using the strips, I suggest you use Sensodyne toothpast to help with the sensitivity your teeth will feel after you are done with your bleaching session. Brush before and after you are done.
