Well, I'm in my 20s but I'll pass along the wisdom my grandma has always imparted on me, (and she looks AMAZING!).
sleep with a small pillow so your neck is straight. It'll prevent neck wrinkles which are a dead giveaway of age.
stay out of the sun and ALWAYS wear sunscreen
do not overwash your face. it will dry out our skin.
moisturize your hands as often as possible, (the other big age give away)
And I'll throw in my own new favorite stay young trick:
derma fillers like Juvaderm and Restalyn are affordable, painless and work wonderds!
Stay out of the sun and tanning salons. Nothing will ruin your skin faster and cause premature wrinkling than the sun.
Update your hair, makeup and wardrobe as needed. Dress appropriately for your current age. If your 20 something daughter wears it, it's probably not right for you.

My #1 tip is DRINK LOTS OF WATER. I drink a gallon of water a day and I truly believe that's what keeps me looking so young (I'll be 41 in March).

Exercise every day, kettlebells are amazing.

Im 41...Get regular facials, even the do it yourself kind. Remain active in a physical activity...I snowboard in the winter and swim in the summer. Moisturizer and sun screen is essential. Take prenatal pills. They are not only for planning parents but an excellent source of vitamin for your hair skin and nails. Lastly juice. I drink an 6 oz glass of veggies and fruit (I alternate) every morning for breakfast. :)

OK I think there are some truly amazing and fabulous looking women on this particular board and I notice a lot of the younger women are surprised that we are over 40 so this thread is for them - help me post your best secrets/tips/ideas for looking younger rather than older LOL
OK for me besides being in love and regular sex which I believe really help ;)
1. do not smoke - if you do smoke give it up - bad for the teeth, skin etc much less the cancer risk
2. keep your teeth white - zoom, crest whitening, whatever your choice - keep a gleaming bright smile
3. Ummmm moisturize and do it before you think you need it!
4. lay off the carbs - eat lots of anti-oxidants
5. Change your hairstyle regularly and your stylist every few years - nothing says old like being in a rut
