(Closed) Best way to book a multiple trip honeymoon?

Have you checked online websites like Expedia? They typically have a “multiple destination feature” for instances like this.

I tried looking on expedia but the cheapest one shows that the flight (including the ridiculous 10hr layover in Miami) would be around 17hrs to get you from Chicago to St. Lucia. There is another package for $1872 pp but the flight back from St. Lucia to Fort Myers is about 20 hrs (including an 11hr layover in Miami) – I have no idea why the layovers are so long. I’m sure you could find much better options than that.

I would suggest using a travel agent. This might be especially helpful because sometimes they have connections to get good deals or upgrades, they are good at putting packages together, and if anything goes wrong on the trip, you could always call your travel agent.
