I use Kayak.com most of the time. And Tripadvisor.com to help with my travel research.

We booked our honeymoon through expedia.com; although we haven't been yet, we haven't experienced any problems thus far. Good luck :)
We were hoping to honeymoon in Hawaii, but we may also explore other options. I just wasn't sure if there were certain sites some of you prefer more than others.

they have thes best deals. i think the way the site works is that they take deals from different travel agencies/websites/etc and puts them in one place.
you really have to try them all, because you never know who may have the best deals. In addition to the sites mentioned above, I use expedia, travelocity, orbitz, hotels.com, hotwire, cheaptickets, and the direct airline sites. You gotta try them all to find the best price because every site is always different and any site can offer the cheapest price. Good luck!
