Ok, I know everyone's probably sick of these hair color polls, but I'm not sure whether I should be blonde or brunette for my wedding next year. My hair is naturally a light brown with natural highlights, but I've been having it highlighted blonde for over 10 years now.

I recently dyed my hair dark brown, and I love it! However, I'm having a hard time deciding whether I should keep it dark brown or maybe add some highlights. I attached some pictures of my hair dark brown (how it is now) and when it was blonde. Let me know which hair you think suits me best, and feel free to be honest :)

P.S. My eyes are blue but you can't really tell because I always get horrible red-eye in pictures. :-/

I like you better as a brunette. It makes your skin tone and eyes pop where as the blonde washes out your pretty features.

I think that if you associate yourself as a blonde it might be odd years from now to see yourself as a brunette. Which color will you be for the long run?

Lucky you who can completely pull off both blonde and brunette!  I lean towards the brunette for the wedding as it really makes your features pop.

@Blondee:Brunette is SO FLATTERING with your skin tone. Definitely go with that one... not that you look bad as a blonde, but brunette is so much better!!! And I'm not just saying that cuz i'm a brunette!!!

Brown for sure. It showcases all your features, whereas the blonde washed them out.

You're beautiful in both but I prefer the brunette. I just love the way dark hair looks with a white dress and it makes all your features stand out more.

I think you'd make a killer deep auburn... definitely go more toward the reddish brown over the ashy/dark brown.  Really pretty!

I like both- I think you should go with the one you plan on maintaining. I was bright blonde up until I got married, then  went back to my natural color. I haven't dyed my hair since. It'd be strange to see wedding photos with my baby blonde hair now

brown but try and not have it so solid.  Have it done in high and low lights.  IMO

I'd go with whatever you "usually" do and see yourself going forward. (For me, I have dark blonde hair. I'm trying to keep it close to natural for the wedding.)

The brunette looks GREAT on you, but the darker brown is a trend right now, so it may date you in the years that come. ALSO, if you're a fan of and love intricate updo's, dark hair won't show up as well in the pictures.

    You'll look great either way!

Brunette for sure. You look like a vixen, and really stand out as a brunette. Where as the blonde kind of washes you out.

I had a hair dresser once tell me that the most flattering color to dye your hair, is the color that it was when you were five. When I was five, I had light/medium golden blonde hair, and after many different colors, I am back to that, as the most flattering for me. The plus side is that when I color my hair now, my greys come out as highlights! LOL   so, I suggest going back to your roots, whatever they are.

They both look great! i honestly can't decide which one I like better, but I think the brown gives you a more edgy look while the blonde is more sweet girl next door.

@KristenGotMarried: Deep auburn for sure! It would be gorgeous on her skin tone.

I know a few girls that did their bridal portraits as a blonde, and then the wedding as a brunette...lol

I almost always choose brunette for these polls but you looks amazing as a blonde. It looks very natural and I think it would look so pretty for your wedding.

I think you look most natural as a blonde, but I can see why you love the brunette too. Since you have time to play around with the color, try bronde. I love it on everyone, especially Gisele and Jennifer Aniston. It would look amazing on you.

The brunette is pretty, but I think that the blonde suits you much better. It looks more natural on you- maybe because it is closer to your natural color than the dark brown?
