Hi All,
I posted a while back about having problems with obtaining our trash the dress photos from our photographer. We tried a few more times to get a response from her with no results. So I filed an on-line report with the BBB. It's been a couple weeks, no response so far. I was wondering if anyone knew what the process was. And how long does it take to hear back, if anyone had a response from their vendors?
