So one month out and I am thinking that I need to pick up a couple of dispensers for the cocktail hour, one an alcoholic beverage and one something for the non-drinkers/few kids who will be in attendance.
Did anyone pre-make their drinks for the dispensers? If so, how did you transport them? FI is getting a bit testy about this.

You can transport your drinks in gallon containers (reused or new). Some people use EXTREMELY clean coolers and pour into the dispenser via the cooler drain.
I would make your beverages ahead. I would bring extra too and put someone on “dispenser duty” to make sure you don’t run out.

@MissChristinaGinger: My mom saved milk jugs for a few months, and used those. Very easy to transport.
