That's too bad they're like that. I tried on dresses there and they seemed really nice and easy to work with. I ended up buying a David's Bridal dress - I got HORRIBLE service at Bridal Traditions. I know a lot of people hate David's Bridal, but I think it really depends on the person you work with, I had a great lady and all of my stuff came in at least a month AHEAD of schedule.
I hope you get your dress soon and everything works out.
Calico, I am glad you posted about your experiences. I hope next time you call you insist on speaking to the manager and let her know how upset you are. You may be about to get a discount for your trouble.

Sorry, there are no users yet.
I just wanted to post a heads up for any Omaha brides considering buying from the Bridal Gallery. They have horrible communication and take days or weeks to return phone calls. I had to start calling every hour on the hour until someone answered the phone whenever I had questions.
When my Wedding dress was scheduled to be shipped, I called to see if they knew if it had, and was repetedly told that the dress had shipped and would be arriving soon, but they had no way to know when it would come in. I had scheduled my first fitting appointment for three weeks after the dress was supposed to arrive. The week of my fitting, I still had no dress and no information. Jenny, the store owner had her assitant tell me that they guarenteed that the dress would be there by Friday (The fitting was Saturday morning). Well, on Friday, the assistant calls to tell me that the dress didn't arrive, it hadn't been shipped yet, and they would have it overnighted and pay for my alterations. I get another call 20 minutes later from the assistant telling me that since they were going to overnight the dress, now they weren't going to pay for my alterations.
I have never actually spoken to the store owner, she always makes her assitant call and all her assistant can say is "I'll have to ask Jenny about that. I don't have that information." It's extremely frustrating.
Anyways, Well the Bridal Gallery may cost a little less then Bridal Traditions, save yourself the headache and don't order your dress from them.
